June 1st the new Wycliffe recruits began using the new Online Membership Application system that Mel and others have been working on along with online systems to track recruitment and candidates. • The Information Technology system Mel's team worked on over a year ago is making the lives of missionaries easier concerning info about finances, etc. • Mel tells of an area in Tanzania where Wycliffe workers completed translating part of the Bible in the Vwanji language. Even though many know Swahili, they get more out of the Bible when read in their mother tongue, and if the preaching is in Vwanji, they are much more awake than if it's in English or Swahili. The different denominations developed a new unity because of having to work on the translation project together. • Pray for God's leading in Wycliffe's choosing of which language groups to do translations for.
